If you're wondering how to get started or you're concerned about forgetting key steps on the way to your first quote, then you've come to the right place. Getting Started


To get started and learn the basics of using the app, it is worth completing all the following steps


You can complete the steps in any order that works for you. However, in the best scenario, it's better to get started step-by-step as our guidance


Step 1: Explore your quote settings


Looking to add a quote button to your store? You’re in the right place. Head over to the Quote Settings to find the setup that best fits your B2B needs.


To complete this step, simply click the “Explore now” button. You’ll be taken directly to the Quote Settings, and this step will be marked as completed.

Step 2: Edit your quote form


Completing this step to let your B2B buyers request a quote using your customized form. You can customize the form for specific or group products, translate the language, add new information fields, hide unnecessary ones, and much more.


To complete this step, simply edit the default form and tailor it to your business needs then save it. Then, this step will be marked as completed.

Step 3: Get notified with your new quotes


Setting up email notifications to stay updated when your B2B customers submit quotes.


To complete this step, simply connect your email with the app. Then, this step will be marked as completed

Step 4: Send your first quote proposal


It's time to take the next step!


Send a quote proposal to your potential client via email. Include detailed pricing, notes and any terms or conditions. Make sure your proposal is clear, professional, and tailored to the client's needs.


To complete this step, you need to connect your email (Step 3). When you have connected your email successfully,

After connecting email successfully, you can click on the "Send Now" button, you will be directed to the Submission List, then you can choose a quote that you want to send the quote proposal. By sending your quote proposal, you will complete this step
