How to Send a Staff Invitation on Shopify

To send a staff invite to our team, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: From your Shopify admin, go to Settings

Step 2: Click on Users and Permissions and click Add Staff

Step 3: Enter our team's email address ([email protected]) and grant the requested permissions by ticking the box beside the permissions you want to grant under store permissions and hit "Send invite". We'll receive the invitation notification at this address.
