Our Team

What does this app do?

Omega Our Team app is built to display and manage your teams as well as your members in responsive grid view or a dynamic slider. You have multiple layouts that will help you to introduce of your team in many different ways.

You can manage your members by grouping them in separate teams. With Team Showcase by Omega you can display your team without any coding involved. All you need to do is adding our app block to the desired section in your theme, or copy the short code that is already provided to your specific posts or pages.

Embed the app to your theme

In your theme editor, navigate to App embeds section, find the app "Our Team" and toggle it on. Please remember to save it by clicking the Save button in the top right corner

Adding the app block to your page

Once the app is embedded, please head to the page where you want to display the widget, and click Add section in the left panel. Select "Our team" from the Apps list, then Save it. You can also drag and drop the section to where you want it to display on the page.

In case your theme does not allow adding section, please contact us so that we can insert it manually for you.

Managing team members

To add a new team member, in Members tab, please click Add member, then fill in information related to that member. Available information that can be added are:

2 images (you can upload an image from your device or paste an image link)
Name (required)
Job title
Description
Email
Phone number
Location
Personal website link and anchor text
Group(s) that this member belong to
Social links: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Vimeo, Pinterest, Tumblr, Flickr, WhatsApp

You can edit, duplicate, remove, activate or deactivate a team member from the dashboard

Managing groups

In Groups tab, you can click Add group to create a new group, then set its status as Active to show that group in the widget

Customizing the widget

You can change how the widget looks by selecting from different layouts and visual options in the Layout settings section, then preview it in the right panel. If there is a certain look that you're trying to achieve but could not find it in our app, please don't hesitate to reach out.
