Request a custom blocking page

Overview

Not seeing a blocking template that matches your brand? You can send a customization request to our team. We'll review your request and see how we can help you get a blocking page that fits your brand — for free.
You describe what you need through a short form, and the request is sent to our support team via chat. No emails, no back-and-forth — everything stays in one conversation.

Where to find it

The Request customization banner appears in two places:

  • Blocking page screen — below the template list on the left side.
  • Settings → Blocking template — below the template preview card.

You can dismiss the banner using the close (×) button in the top-right corner.

How to submit a request

Step 1: Click Request customization on the banner. A form will open.

Step 2: Fill in the form:

  • What would you like changed? — tick one or more options: Logo or image, Colors, Text and wording, Layout, Something else.
  • Describe what you need (required) — up to 1500 characters. Be specific about colors, wording, or layout changes so our team can understand what you're looking for.
  • Reference link (optional) — a page whose look you want us to match, or a screenshot link.
  • How soon do you need it? (optional) — pick a timeframe (e.g., Within a week).

Step 3: Click Send request. The form closes and the Crisp chat window opens with your request already sent as a message.

What's included in your message

To save you time, the message sent to our team automatically includes your store context:

  • Store name
  • Current template you have selected
  • Current plan
  • Current language

You don't need to type any of this — it's added for you.

What happens next

Our support team replies in the same chat conversation, usually within 1 business day. You'll see the reply directly in the Crisp chat window — no need to reopen the form or check email.
From there, you and the team can continue the conversation, share references, or clarify details right in the chat.
