Staff notifications

The Staff Notifications feature allows you to automatically notify staff members whenever a new order is placed. This ensures that your team is immediately informed about incoming orders and can prepare fulfillment, pickup, or delivery schedules without delay.


How to set up:

  1. Go to Settings > Staff notifications



  1. Add Notification Recipients
  • Click Add recipient



  • Enter Email address and Receive notifications ​




  1. Enable Order Notifications
