Plan Overview
TagFly offers three plans. Each plan is billed monthly or annually (annual billing saves 15%), and includes a purchase event allowance — roughly one event per completed order.
Free | Basic | Grow | |
|---|---|---|---|
Price / month | $0 | $14.99 | $24.99 (+ $0.04 per order over 2,500 orders/month) |
Price / year (-15%) | $153 | $255 | |
Trial | 7 days | 7 days | |
Purchase events (≈ orders) | 10 / month | 500 / month | month2,500 / month (monthly billing) — Unlimited (yearly billing) |
On the Grow plan, the event allowance depends on your billing cycle: monthly billing includes 2,500 purchase events, with extra orders billed at $0.04 each; yearly billing includes unlimited purchase events, so there's no overage to worry about.

How to choose the right plan
- Free — good for testing TagFly or very low-volume stores (up to ~10 orders/month) that need a single tracking destination.
- Basic — fits growing stores that need up to 3 destinations, transaction/product filtering, and 7-day-lookback reporting with channel breakdowns.
- Grow — best for stores with unlimited destinations, multiple pixels, higher order volume, multi-market tracking, and full analytics (Pixel Health, Customer Analytics, journeys, and priority support).
Frequently Asked Questions
- What happens if I exceed my purchase event limit?
On Free and Basic, tracking events beyond your plan's monthly limit may not be processed. On Grow with monthly billing, orders beyond 2,500/month are billed at $0.04 per order instead of being capped, so tracking continues uninterrupted. On Grow with yearly billing, purchase events are unlimited, so this doesn't apply.
- Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. You can switch billing frequency from Pricing at any time; the yearly rate applies from your next billing cycle.
- What is the App Spending Limit, and why do I need to approve one?
Because Grow's monthly billing includes usage-based overage charges ($0.04 per order beyond 2,500/month), Shopify requires you to approve an App Spending Limit — a cap on how much TagFly can charge you in usage fees per billing cycle. TagFly sets this to $1,000/month by default. You will never be charged more than your spending limit; if your overage charges are about to reach it, Shopify pauses further charges and prompts you to approve a higher limit before they continue. This limit only applies to Grow's monthly billing — yearly billing includes unlimited purchase events, so there's no usage charge to cap.
- Can I change my App Spending Limit?
Yes. You can raise or lower it anytime from Settings > Plan & Billing. Shopify will also prompt you to approve a new limit automatically if you're about to exceed your current one.
