Using the contact form
Once you've customized the Contact Form, it will be live and accessible to your customers via the chat widget on your storefront.
Viewing contact form
Form Responses: All responses from the Contact Form will be automatically logged in the Omega Chat app.
Go to the "Form Answer" tab in the Omega Chat app to view all form entries.
Now, the Form Answer data table will display all of your data with fixed column: Name, Email, Phone, Email Subscription and Form created time:
1, Choose Form: Choose a specific widget to view the data.*2, Export:** Export your data to a CSV file, you can customize your export by choosing a specific widget, sorting time,...**3, Choose Time:** Set a time to view the submission data.**4, Search and Sorting****5, Actions:** Including delete submission and view full submission.

View full form answer by click on the View Icon on the Form Answer data table
You can now view full form submission and add note for each submission.
