😎 A Step-by-Step Guide to Syncing with TikTok Shop

Step 1: Connect to your TikTok Shop account
Choose the region you are selling TikTok Shop products

NOTE:
Currently, connection to TikTok Shop US account is interrupted due to some business verification issues. We will open this option as soon as the verification is valid.

Step 2: Confirm syncing information



Step 3: Map products
3.1: Click button “Map products”
To complete the initial steps to go to sync directly, please choose to Map products here. If not, you can Skip, then map products later.



3.2: Arrive at “Map products” page (Empty state) -> Click button “Map now”



3.3: Select products to map



3.4: Select TikTok Shop category



3.5: Save
