Configure Refund Resolution

Overview


With Synctrack Returns, shoppers can decide how they wish the return request to be handled. There are 5 main refund resolution for merchant to allow your customer to select:

  • Refund to Original Payment Method
  • Refund to Store Credit
  • Refund to Gift Card
  • Refund to Discount Code
  • Refund by Online Bank Transfer


When setting up, you have to enable at least one resolution. While submitting a returns request, shoppers will be asked to choose a return method.


How to set up Refund resolution methods?

Step 1: Go to Settings > Resolutions



Step 2: Enable Prefered Resolutions > Add detail to your chosen resolutions


  1. Refund to Original Payment Method
  2. Refund to Store Credit. Learn more
  3. Refund to Gift Card. Learn more
  4. Refund to Discount Code. Learn more
  5. Refund by Online Bank Transfer . Learn more



Step 3: Save your changes > Preview on return page


Merchants can enable multiple resolutions for customers to choose from, and all enabled resolutions will be displayed on the return page for customers to select.
