How to Upgrade or Downgrade your plan?

You can upgrade or downgrade your Synctrack subscription plan at any time directly through the Shopify Admin. Changes take effect immediately, and your billing is automatically adjusted by Shopify.


How to upgrade

Follow these steps to switch plans:

  1. In the navigation menu, select Subscription Plans
  2. Choose the plan you want to upgrade
  3. Click Approve subscription


What happens when you upgrade

  • Quota: When you upgrade from the Free plan, the app will unlock your last 30 days of orders. These count toward your first billing cycle quota. Know more about quota regulation **Here.**
  • Free trial: All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. The trial applies once per shop; reinstalling or switching plans during the trial period does not restart it.
  • Billing information: **All app charges are processed by Shopify. You can review these charges in your **Shopify Billing Settings.
