A. Logic Settings

  • Catalog/Collection Page: Display the button on collection or catalog pages.
  • Cart Page: Display the button on the cart page.

Rules:

  • You can select Product Page and Catalog/Collection Page at the same time.
  • If Cart Page is selected, both Product Page and Catalog/Collection Page will be disabled.

Dropdown: Select Position

4. Click the button to (Button Actions)

Define the action triggered when a customer clicks the Quote Button.

  1. Display Inquiry Popup: Opens a popup form configured in Form Settings.
  2. Direct to Request For Quote Page: Redirects customers to a new page with the form configured in Form Settings.
  3. Display a Toast Notification: Shows a short notification immediately after the button is clicked.
  4. Get Instant Quote: Executes actions such as exporting the quote or sending a proposal email after clicking the button.

Get Instant Quote:

This feature is now available for both non logged-in customers and logged-in customers

You can allow your customers to get instant quote with the quote PDF, and the email proposal sent right after they submit the quote. Moreover, you can allow your customers to select multiple products before getting instant quote by checking the Product Additions box.

To enable the feature, you have to select at least 1 option: either Export quote PDF or Send proposal email, or both.

  1. Product Additions

In the case that, you enable the Product Additions: when your buyers click the Request For Quote button on your storefront, they will see an Quote Form customised in the Quote Form Builder. Your buyers will be able to add more products by clicking the "Add product" button.

  • With logged-in customers, they won't have to fill out the information since it's auto filled
  • With non logged-in customers, to make the feature work, they have to fill their email

In the case that you don't check the Product Additions box: when your buyers click the Request For Quote button on your storefront, they will receive either Quote PDF, or Proposal email depending on your settings.

  • If you'd like customers to request only one product at a time, we recommend turning off Product Additions. Otherwise, leave it enabled to allow multiple product requests.

Notice: If you want customers to request only one product at a time using the "Get Instant Quote" feature, please ensure that "Product Additions" is disabled in the Get instant Quote and Behaviors in Quote Form Builder because this Product addition is showing in both places.

But in the case that you enable the Product additions in the Get instant quote but disable in the Quote Form Builder, your buyers still see the "Add product" button since we prioritise the Get Instant Quote over the Behavior in the Quote Form Builder

  1. Export Quote PDF and Send Proposal email

By selecting these options, your customers will receive quote PDF and proposal email right after they submit the quotes.

B. Appearance Settings

Customize the look and feel of the Quote Button to align with your store’s branding.

Customization Options:

  • Label: Define the text displayed on the button.
  • Text Format: Adjust font size, style, weight, and color.
  • Shadow: Add or modify shadows to create a 3D effect.
  • Hover Effects: Configure how the button changes when hovered over (e.g., color change, size adjustment).

By carefully configuring these settings, you can ensure the Quote Button enhances your store’s functionality and user experience. For additional support, contact our support team.
