Dashboard

The Dashboard helps you monitor your product feeds, track synchronization status across advertising channels, and quickly access tools to optimize your feed performance.

Welcome & Plan Overview

This section shows your store name and your plan usage.

Welcome, <store name>!

Displays your Shopify store name.

Active feeds & last sync

Shows:

  • Number of feeds: Total number of product feeds currently active.
  • Latest synchronization time: The exact time your data was last synced with advertising channels.

Plan information

Displays:

  • Current subscription plan: The plan you are using (e.g., Free, Basic).
  • Product quota usage: Displays the total active products in your Shopify store against the maximum product limit allowed by your plan (e.g., 203 / 5,000 products).
  • Feed quota: The number of feeds you created out of the total feeds allowed.
  • Upgrade button: Click here to easily upgrade your plan when your store scales up.

Syncing now

This card appears at the top only when feeds are actively syncing.

  • Centralized Tracking: Shows all feeds currently syncing (automatically or manually) with a live progress bar.
  • Auto-Hide: A feed disappears from here when it finishes syncing. The whole card hides when no feeds are left syncing.
  • Quick Actions: Click View status to check the progress, or click Edit to change feed settings immediately.

Channels

The Channels section displays all supported advertising and marketing platforms where you can sync and manage your product feeds.
Each channel card shows the platform name and its current Feed Status (e.g., 1 feed or No feed).

Depending on the status, clicking on a channel card will trigger one of two actions:

  • For channels with active feeds (e.g., 1 feed): Clicking the card will open the Feed Management page for that specific channel. Here, you can view the list of generated feeds, check their synchronization times and current status, or click to edit individual feeds.
  • For channels with no feeds (labeled No feed): Clicking the card will trigger a "How do you want to sync products?" popup, prompting you to choose a synchronization method to generate your first feed.

When the popup appears, you can choose one of the two options below:

  • Connect automatically (via API) [Recommended]: Syncs products directly from your store with automated updates and real-time status tracking.
  • Use a data file (XML): Generates a product feed URL or allows manual file uploads for platforms to fetch periodically.
