📂 Multiple Data Feeds

Use this when you're not a BM admin on the receiving Facebook Catalog.

If your account has Full Control permission on the Facebook Catalog, log into Omega and sync directly — that's the cleanest path.

👉 ↗️Direct Catalog Sync

When you don't have that permission — for example, the catalog lives in an agency's Business Manager — a hosted feed URL saves the day. It:

  • No permission required
  • No login required
  • All product data is freshly updated (Daily or Weekly)

👀**A dynamic feed file? **It's an XML file with all your Shopify product data. As your store changes — prices, stock, new products — Omega regenerates the file at the schedule you set.

Generate the feed URL in Omega

Step 1: Name the feed, choose the products to include (all products or selected collections), and configure variant submission + category mapping.

Step 2: Choose if you want to put additional images to your products

Step 3: Define price data

Would you want to submit the products with their original price from Shopify, or sales price (compare at), or both? Define them in the section below:

Step 4: Define update schedule

Omega offers weekly or daily sync. When at sync time, all changes to your products since the previous sync will be reflected on the new sync.

Depending on how frequent your products change, choose accordingly.

🎉You're done! Now all you need is to fetch the feed generated & give it to Facebook

Fetch the data feed

Give Facebook Commerce Manager the Data Feed

  1. In Commerce Manager, go to Catalog --> Products
  2. Click "Add" --> Data file

  1. Paste your Feed URL you've generated in Omega here and click Next

  1. Choose how often you would want Meta to crawl the feed file for updates to your inventory and click Upload

  1. Check your upload success

Export feed files

Do I need to connect a pixel to this catalog? Of course, if you wish to run retargeting ads based on the action people take on your products. Pixel events are the data source that helps Facebook understands which products are performing and which are not.

👉Remember, you or your clients must have Full Control permission to both the Pixel and the Catalog in question to be able to run dynamic ads from these source of data. 📌 Important Checklists
