Add a company from Shopify

You can add an existing Shopify Company to QuoteSnap B2B instead of creating and maintaining a separate company record.

When you add a Shopify Company, QuoteSnap B2B links the existing Company and brings its Locations and buyers into the app. You can then configure B2B pricing and purchasing settings for the Company.

Before you start

The Company must already exist in Shopify.

If the Company does not exist yet, create it in Shopify first. After creating it, return to QuoteSnap B2B and add it from the Company page.

A Shopify Company that has already been added to QuoteSnap B2B will not appear in the list of available Companies.

Add a Shopify Company

1. From QuoteSnap B2B, go to B2B Company.
2. Click Add company.

3. Select Add company from Shopify.
4. Search for the Company you want to add.

5. You can search by:

• Company name
• Location name
• Buyer email

6. Select the Company.
7. Click Continue.

QuoteSnap B2B displays the Company setup before anything is added.

Company and Locations

A Shopify Company is added as a single Company in QuoteSnap B2B.

All Shopify Locations belonging to that Company are included when the Company is added. You don't need to create the Locations again in QuoteSnap B2B.

Buyer information associated with those Locations is also brought into the Company.

The Shopify Company remains the source of the Company identity.

Assign pricing

During setup, you can assign pricing to the Company.

Pricing assigned at this stage applies at the Company level and is available to all Locations belonging to the Company.

You can either:

• Select an existing pricing profile.

• Create pricing during setup.

• Continue without assigning pricing.

Depending on the pricing configuration available in your store, you can add the supported pricing types independently.

You can review, change, or remove a pricing selection before completing setup.

Add the Company without pricing

Pricing is optional when adding the Company.

If you continue without pricing, the Company and its Locations are still added to QuoteSnap B2B.

You can assign pricing later from the Pricing page or inside the Company section.

Review the setup

Before adding the Company, review:

• Company
• Locations
• Main contact
• Pricing

The purchasing mode and payment terms shown for Locations are taken from their Shopify Company configuration.

What happens after you add the Company

QuoteSnap B2B creates a managed Company linked to the existing Shopify Company.

The Company includes:

• Its Shopify Company identity
• All Company Locations
• Buyers associated with those Locations
• Location purchasing settings
• Location payment terms
• Any pricing you assigned during setup

You'll then be taken to the Company in QuoteSnap B2B, where you can manage its B2B configuration.

Why can't I find a Shopify Company?

Only Shopify Companies that haven't already been added to QuoteSnap B2B are shown in the Company picker.

If a Company is missing, check whether it already exists under B2B Company.

If there are no Shopify Companies in your store yet, create a Company in Shopify first, then return to QuoteSnap B2B to add it.
