Before you start

The Company must already be added to QuoteSnap B2B.

If the Company hasn't been added yet, add an existing Shopify Company to QuoteSnap B2B first.

Assign pricing to a Company

  1. From QuoteSnap B2B, go to B2B Company.
  2. Select the Company you want to manage.

  1. Open the Pricing section.
  2. Click Assign pricing.

  1. Choose the pricing you want to assign.
  2. Save your changes.

Choose a pricing type

QuoteSnap B2B supports three pricing types:

  • Price list — Exact final price per product.
  • Volume pricing — Discounts by quantity purchased.
  • Price rule — One rule across many products.

Choose the pricing type that matches how you want to set prices for the Company.

Select existing pricing

You can assign pricing you've already created to the Company.

  1. Choose a pricing type.
  2. Select an existing pricing profile.

  1. Review the selection.
  2. Assign it to the Company.

Only pricing compatible with the selected pricing type is available.

The same pricing profile can be assigned to multiple Companies. This lets you reuse the same pricing setup for Companies that have the same commercial terms.

Create new pricing

If the pricing you need doesn't exist yet, you can create new pricing while assigning it to the Company.

  1. Choose the pricing type.
  2. Click Create new.

  1. Configure the pricing.

  1. Save the pricing.

The new pricing is created and assigned to the Company.

Change assigned pricing

You can replace pricing currently assigned to the Company.

  1. Open the Company.
  2. Go to Pricing.
  3. Find the pricing you want to replace.

  1. Click Change.

  1. Select another pricing profile.
  2. Save your changes.

Changing the assignment doesn't delete the previous pricing profile. It remains available for other Companies that use it.

Remove assigned pricing

You can remove pricing that should no longer apply to the Company.

  1. Open the Company.
  2. Go to Pricing.
  3. Find the assigned pricing.
  4. Open its actions.

  1. Click Remove.
  2. Confirm the removal.

Removing pricing from a Company only removes its assignment to that Company. The pricing profile itself isn't deleted.
