Add a return portal link to your store

Overview

Synctrack Returns allows merchants to add the return portal link to your store to optimize customer's return request submission process.

How to add a return portal link to your store?

Step 1: Go to Return page > Copy the primary link you set up

Step 2: Add a Return Portal Link to Your Store with Synctrack Returns Domain

1. In the Shopify Admin Dashboard, navigate to Content and select Menus
2. Choose the menu where you want to add the return portal link (e.g., Main Menu or Footer Menu).
3. Click Add Menu Item.
4. Enter a name for the menu item (e.g., “Return Portal”).

5. In the Link field, enter the domain URL provided to you by Synctrack Returns.

• Example: https://yourstore.returnsdrive.com (external website) or https://yourstore/apps/returns-portal (embed page in your store)

6. Click Add and then Save Menu.
