1. Set up COD shipping method on Shopify Admin

2. Set up COD payment method on Shopify Admin

3. Open app Blockify: Checkout Rules, create a new "Add Cash on Delivery fee" rule

4. Enter the shipping method keyword

Enter the shipping method keyword that you created on the previous steps

Example:

• Cash on Delivery

• COD

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

5. Connect with a payment method

• Select the payment you want to connect with the shipping rate that includes the shipping keyword above

• There are 2 options that we pre-defined: Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Deposit. If you have another name for another payment method, select Equals to enter the name into it.

6. Hit Save the rule

How to test the rule?

1. Go to your storefront and simulate a purchase.

2. At checkout, select COD Shipping (shipping rates that include the keywords you enter in the rule) and ensure that the payment method is automatically set to Cash on Delivery.

3. Verify that the COD fee is applied correctly.
