Overview


In Synctrack Returns, merchant can add a “Return Request” widget to the Customer account (NEW) Order status page to help your customers submit return requests quickly.


Requirements for feature working


  • A prerequisite to adding the Returns widget to the Order Status page in Shopify’s Account page is that the merchant must select New customer account login



How to add return widget to order status page?

Step 1: Go to Return page > Add return request widget to order status page section > Click on Add widget button.




Step 2: On the Order status page, click the Add app block button in the section you want to add > Select the Synctrack Returns button and then click the Save button.
