Analytics - Fraud Orders

This section is dedicated to analyzing orders that have been flagged as potentially fraudulent.

When orders are present, you will see a table with the following detailed columns:

Order: The order ID number (e.g., #121816). You can likely click this ID to navigate to the order details page within Shopify.
Created time: The exact date and time the order was created.
Fraud order score: A fraud score assigned by the app to each order. A higher score indicates greater suspicion. In the provided image, these orders have a score of 0.
Order from VPN/Proxy: Indicates whether the order was placed from an IP address using a VPN or Proxy (Yes/No).
IP address: The IP address of the customer who placed the order.
Order type: Classifies the risk level of the order, such as Low risk, Medium risk, or High risk.
Action: Provides buttons for you to take immediate action:
- Block IP: Permanently blocks the customer's IP address to prevent them from placing future orders.
- Cancel order: Cancels the order directly from the Blockify interface.
