Analytics - Visitor Logs
This screen provides a detailed log of every visitor, separated into two tabs: Allowed visitors and Blocked visitors.
At the top right of the table, you have tools to:
- Search (magnifying glass icon)
- Filter (funnel icon)
- Export data (upload icon)
Each log entry provides the following details:
- IP Address: The visitor's IP address.
- Geolocation: The visitor's location (Country, State/Province, City).
- Total access: The total number of visits from that IP.
- Last seen on: The date and time of the visitor's most recent access attempt.
- Risk score: A score indicating the potential risk associated with the IP address.
- VPN/Proxy: Indicates if the visitor was using a VPN or Proxy.
- Allowed visitors table
The Allowed Visitors table displays all IP addresses that have been explicitly granted permission to access your storefront. In addition to standard log details such as IP Address, Geolocation, Total Access, Last Seen On, Risk Score, and VPN/Proxy, this table includes two additional fields:
- Average Duration: Represents the average time each visitor spends on your storefront, providing insights into engagement and user behavior.
- Action: Allows administrators to manage visitor access by adding an IP address to the blacklist.

In the Allowed Visitors table, the Total Access column shows the number of times each visitor has accessed your storefront. Clicking on this number opens the Access Detail view, which provides a detailed log of the visitor’s individual sessions, including timestamps and any relevant activity during each visit.
In the Access Detail view, the Action column provides two options for managing a specific access session:
- Block URL: Blocks the specific URL that the visitor accessed.
- Block Internet Provider: Blocks the visitor’s entire internet provider, preventing any further access from that source.
If a session has a Referring URL that is null, the Block URL option is automatically disabled, since there is no specific URL to block.

- Blocked visitors table
The Blocked Visitors table lists all IP addresses that have been restricted from accessing your storefront. In addition to standard log details such as IP Address, Geolocation, Total Access, Last Seen On, Risk Score, and VPN/Proxy, this table includes two additional fields:
- Block Reason: Displays the most recent reason why the visitor was blocked.
- Action: Allows administrators to add the blocked IP to the whitelist, restoring its access to the storefront.

In the Blocked Visitors table, clicking on any visitor information will redirect you to the Blocked Detail view.
The Blocked Detail view contains information similar to the Access Detail view

Understanding the Risk Score
The app provides a risk score for each IP address ranging from 0 to 100:
- Scores below 33: Can be considered low-risk.
- Scores between 34 and 66: Can be considered high-risk.
- Scores above 66: Are considered very dangerous.
How Blockify Records Data
To provide these analytics, the app sends each IP address accessing the store to a third-party service (proxycheck.io) to determine if it meets the conditions for being blocked or redirected.
- IPs that do not meet the criteria are allowed access and are displayed in the Visitors log (the "Allowed visitors" tab)
- IPs that have been blocked or redirected are shown in the Blocked history table (the "Blocked visitors" tab)
