Block checkout (for Shopify Plus only)

How to use:

Step 1: Go to Block Checkout tab >> Block Checkout Access tab >> Click on one of the following fields: IP Address, Location, User Agent, ISP, VPN/Proxy.

Step 2: At the Create Rule screen:

Select the rule type that matches your needs: Block or Whitelist.

• Block: Prevents orders from being created when the configured conditions are met.
• Whitelist: Allows orders to be created when the configured conditions are met.

Step 3: Enter the value you want to block/allow >> click Save to create rule

After saving successfully, the created rules will be displayed in the Block Checkout Access – Rule List.

On the rule list screen, you can perform the following actions:

• Enable or disable a rule
• Edit an existing rule
• Delete a rule

For Block rules:

Once set up correctly, orders that meet the configured conditions will not be created. Instead, the checkout page will display the warning message you have configured.

Note:

• To ensure the rule works correctly, you must add the checkout block to your theme. Please follow the steps in this article
• If you do not configure a message, the default message will be displayed.
• If both Block and Whitelist rules are configured, Whitelist rules take priority.
