Configure exchange resolution
Why use the Exchange feature?
The Exchange feature allows customers to exchange a product for a better customer experience.
There are 3 exchange options in “Synctrack Return”:
- Exchange for the same product: Returns Drive auto-recognizes the item & offers the customer the same product
- Exchange for different sizes/colors: Shoppers can quickly choose the other size/color item displayed on the return portal
- Exchange for the different products: shoppers can search & browse for the item they want based on condition all store, specific collection or specific product types.
Enable exchange feature
- Navigate to Settings > Exchange
- Choose your suitable exchange options (Enable at least one option)
There are 3 ways to set up exchange for a different product:
- Exchange for specific collection: Select products by collection. When set up, only products belonging to these collections will be displayed outside the return portal. At least one collection must be selected.
- Exchange for specific product type: Similar to collection, but differs in selecting products by product type. At least one product type must be selected.
- Exchange for all store: All products in the store are displayed. This is the default state for all stores.
