Configure return method

Why use Return Method?


With Synctrack Returns & Exchanges, shoppers can decide how they wish to handle the returned items.
The 4 return methods are:
Ship with pre-paid label
Ship with any carrier
No shipment required
Return to store location
When setting up, you have to select at least one return method.
While submitting a returns request, shoppers will be asked to choose a return method.

Customize Return methods


Step 1: Go to Settings >Return/Exchange flow> Select Return Method > Enable your methods


Step 2 (Optional): You can also customize the display description and shipping instructions.


Step 3: Save your changes.
*Please note that if you enable Return____ [notification](https://returnsdrive.com/knowledge-base/branding-the-return-center/creating-and-managing-custom-email-templates/), the content of the “shipping instruction” you added will be displayed in the “Return request approve” email in place of the variable of “Shipping instruction”. For example:


It will also be displayed in the returns portal for customers after you approve their request.
