Product Hub

The Product Hub helps you manage synced products, monitor approval statuses, and identify product issues across all connected channels.

Overview

The Product Hub displays all synced products from your feeds in a centralized table.

Available summary tabs:

  • All products β€” total synced products
  • Approved β€” products approved by connected platforms
  • Disapproved β€” products with issues or policy violations



Product list information

Each product row includes:

  • Product β€” Shopify product information
  • Feed name β€” feeds where the product is included
  • Approval status β€” approval result returned by the platform
  • Channel β€” connected channels such as Google Shopping, Facebook & Instagram, or XML feeds

A product can belong to multiple feeds and channels at the same time.



Approval status

Possible approval statuses include:

  • Approved
  • Issues

The approval status is returned directly from the connected platform after product review.

Click the approval status to open the product issue details panel.



View product issues

The issue details panel displays:

  • Platform feedback and warnings
  • Product approval problems
  • Validation errors returned by Google or Meta
  • Suggested actions to fix the issue

Examples:

  • Description too long β€” product description exceeds the platform limit
  • Out of stock β€” product availability is marked as unavailable

Some issues may include quick actions such as:

  • Shorten description
  • Contact for help

After fixing the product information in Shopify or updating the feed settings, resync the feed to submit the updated product data again.



Channel indicators

The channel column shows which platforms the product is synced to, including:

  • Google Shopping
  • Facebook & Instagram
  • XML feeds



Resync products from Shopify

Click Resync products from Shopify to refresh product data and sync the latest changes from your Shopify store into Omega Feed.

This helps update:

  • Product titles
  • Prices
  • Inventory
  • Images
  • Variants
  • Product status changes



Bulk product actions

You can select multiple products in Product Hub to perform bulk actions across synced products.

Available bulk actions:

  • Bulk assign β€” assign custom labels or attributes to multiple products
  • Bulk edit β€” update product feed data in bulk

Use the checkbox column to select products individually or select all filtered products.


Bulk assign custom labels

Click Bulk assign to assign custom labels to selected products.

Custom labels can be used for:

  • Campaign grouping
  • Product segmentation
  • Performance tracking
  • Google Shopping custom label attributes

In the assign modal:

  1. Enter the custom label value
  2. Click Apply to update selected products
Product data updates are applied only inside Omega Feed and are not synced back to Shopify.

To remove existing assigned values:

  • Enter keep_blank
  • Click Apply



Bulk edit products

Click Bulk edit to update feed-related product data for multiple products at once.

This helps manage large product catalogs more efficiently across connected channels.
