This guide will help you determine whether your theme is supported by our app, how to check compatibility, and what steps to take if your theme isn’t listed. Follow these instructions for a smooth integration process.

Our app is designed to integrate effortlessly with all Shopify themes. While most themes are fully supported right out of the box, some custom or third-party themes may require minor adjustments or assistance from our development team to ensure full compatibility.

Note for Horizon theme collection:

For the latest Horizon theme, please follow these recommendations:
Turn off the Quick View option if you want to require customers to select a date before checkout.
Remove the "Buy It Now" button if it bypasses the date selection process.
We are actively working on improving full compatibility with the Horizon theme.

If your theme isn’t listed above, don’t worry! Many custom and third-party themes are compatible with minor adjustments.

Steps to integrate

Test the App Features: Install the app and check whether the widget appears on your product page, cart page, or cart drawer.
Manually Place the Widget: Use the app’s Widget Appearance Settings to manually place the widget by filling in your selector div.
Contact Support for Advanced Adjustments: If you encounter issues or need help with more advanced customization, our support team is here to assist you!

Common Issues with Unsupported Themes

If your theme isn’t fully compatible, you might encounter:
Missing Elements: Widgets or app features not appearing on your store.
Misaligned Widgets: App elements not displaying as expected due to theme-specific design differences.

Ensure Installation is Complete: Double-check that the app is installed and enabled in the settings.
Use the App's Customization Options: Modify widget placement
Contact Support: If the issue persists, provide your theme name, a description of the problem, and screenshots to the support team.
