1. What types of customizations are included for free?

• We offer advanced customization support free of charge as part of your Enterprise plan, including:
• UI adjustments using CSS (change button color, font, layout, hide specific elements, etc) - under 1 hour.
• One-time 3rd-party tools, CRM, apps integration for free connect via API or Webhook.
• One layout customization (reorder steps, hide/show specific form fields, etc) per month for free.
• One custom report, analytics for free.
• One set up using advanced rules/ condition options (not including in app) for free.
• All the requirement or adjustment for development, return process and fix bug is all for free.

2. What kinds of requests are chargeable?

• All the requests from all plans that are complex, resource-intensive, or out of standard app scope may be chargeable and the fee is variated based on the complexity of the custom requests. This includes:
• UI adjustments requiring extensive CSS, or affects responsiveness, require over 1 hour.
• Advanced multi-3rd party app integration, special data processing, or backend-level changes needed.
• All external WMS integrations are scoped and priced based on complexity.
• The second times onward advanced layout customization (reorder steps, hide/show specific form fields) per month requests.
• The second times onward advanced custom report or analytics requests.
• The second times onward advanced rules/ condition options (not including in app) requests.
• The complex custom development (out of app scopes) require over 48 business hours needed.

3. Will we inform you before charging for the custom request?

Our technical team will review every request within 24 business hours, evaluate feasibility, and classify it as:

Included under your plan.

Not included under your plan: chargeable, we will send you with a detailed quote

Then, you can decide whether to proceed with the work.

4. Can I decline the quote and still use the Enterprise plan normally?

Absolutely. You are never obligated to accept a custom development quote. You can continue using all standard features of the Enterprise plan without limitations.

5. How long do custom requests take to complete?

Simple requests: 1–2 business days.

Complex customizations (e.g. WMS integration or analytics dashboard): timeline provided during scoping and quote.

6. Can I bundle multiple requests?

Yes, but we recommend bundling related requests into a single brief for more efficient evaluation and pricing. Large-scale custom work may be offered as part of a custom service package to save costs.

7. How do I submit a custom request?

You can submit the custom solutions requests through our Chat Support, including a clear description, examples (if any), and intended outcome.

We’ll respond within 24 business hours.

8. How do I pay for custom features if I agree to the quote?

All approved customizations are charged as One-time payments through our secure invoice, depending on your account setup.
