How to Upgrade or Downgrade your plan?
You can upgrade or downgrade your Synctrack subscription plan at any time directly through the Shopify Admin. Changes take effect immediately, and your billing is automatically adjusted by Shopify.
Follow these steps to switch plans:
Go to your Shopify Admin
Click Apps > Open Synctrack Order Tracking
In the top menu, select Plans
Choose the plan you want to upgrade or downgrade to
Click Approve subscription
Your new plan will be activated instantly, and billing changes will be handled by Shopify based on your app usage and remaining billing cycle.
All app charges are processed by Shopify, not Synctrack directly. After you change your plan:
Upgrades: You'll be charged a prorated amount for the new plan.
Downgrades: Shopify will credit the unused time from your previous plan.
You can review these charges in your Shopify Billing Settings.
