Integrating with Klaviyo

How the Blockify: Fraud Filter x Klaviyo integration works

With this integration, you can:

  • Automate marketing communications based on order and customer events.
  • Set up workflows triggered by Klaviyo events, such as customer segment updates or email engagements.
  • Notify your team when key customer or order events happen.
  • Improve customer engagement and streamline your marketing strategy.


Set up Klaviyo x Shopify Flow


Step 1: Enable the integration


  • From your Shopify admin, open the Blockify app and click tab "Integrations" -> Click button "Set up" in section "Klaviyo".


  • To proceed, please install Klaviyo by clicking the “Install” button.


  • Click Connect to authenticate your Klaviyo account via OAuth.


  • Once connected, the Connection status will change to “Connected" and the “Install” button will be hidden automatically.


Step 2: Configure sync settings


  • In the "Sync Settings" section, check the box Automatically sync risky orders" (When enabled, all risky orders detected by Blockify will be automatically synced to Klaviyo without manual intervention).


  • Once enabled, the "Conditions & Tags" section below will be automatically activated for you to customize the sync rules.


Step 3: Set up conditions and tags


  • Under "Conditions & Tags", choose which type(s) of risky orders to sync: "High-risk order" and "Medium-risk order"
  • Add tag names to label customer profiles in Klaviyo (These tags help you segment customers and automate your communication in Klaviyo, such as sending alerts or review reminders).


Step 4: View Profiles in Klaviyo
  • Log in to your Klaviyo account.
  • From the left-hand navigation menu, go to "Audience" ->"Profiles".
  • The "Profiles" page will display a list of all customer profiles, including their name, email, phone number, profile creation date, last updated date, and location.
  • Use the search bar at the top to find a specific profile by name, email, or phone number (You can also click create a segment to filter profiles based on specific conditions).



Step 5: View Profile Details


To see more information about a specific customer, you can open the profile detail page in Klaviyo.

  • From the Profiles list, click on a customer’s name.
  • This will open the Profile Details page, where you can view: Contact information (email, phone number, location), Activity timeline, including recent orders or interactions, Tags or segments applied by Blockify, Engagement data such as campaigns, flows, and subscription status.
