OMEGA - Snapchat Pixel document
This is documentation on Omega Snapchat Multi Pixels app application, which will help you to configure your app in the right way.
⭐️ App Installation
Step 1: Lock into your Shopify account in the App Store. Click the ADD APP button to buy the app for your store.
Step 2: You will then be redirected to your admin page to make a payment for the app and start installing.
Step 3: After press Install app, the app will be automatically installed and be ready right away for you to use in the Apps section
⭐️ Embed app to store theme
After installing the Snapchat Multi Pixels app you will need to embed app first

Once done embedding app, back to the app and start adding pixel into the app

⭐️ How to add Snapchat pixel into the app?
Step 1: Go to Snapchat Ads Manager, and login to your account
Click Create Ads and choose Event Manager

Step 2: Copy the pixel ID

Step 3: Go back to the app homepage, click Add Pixel, input name and paste ID into the blank cell

Step 4: Choose the active status of the pixel: Enable to start tracking or Disable
Step 5: If you want to track all products, just click All pages and Save
But if you want the pixel to track only specific products, click Selected Page, then you can choose products by Collection, Product tag, Product type or by specific products. Then click Save

The Snapchat Pixel you setup will then appear on the table:

You can edit/ delete your Pixel by clicking on these buttons

Step 6: Go to your store to check if it’s working
Use Snap Pixel Helper to make sure pixel events are configured correctly.
Log in to Ads Manager.
Click the menu in the top corner and select ‘Events Manager.’
Browse your website, you’re going to see the pixel records when you view your content, when you add something to the cart, when you place an order, when you view anything on the page, and most importantly when you complete a payment.

⭐️ Add another Pixel ID
If you have multiple Snapchat Ads accounts, you can also put the Snap Pixel ID in our app.
Go to another Snapchat Ads Manager and copy the Pixel ID
Then click to Add Snapchat Pixel button in our app and paste it

If you set a pixel to track for just the collection, you can add another pixel for this collection and it can help you to build really good data.
⭐️ Set up Snapchat Conversion API in Omega
Snap’s Conversions API (CAPI) is a structured, privacy-centric interface that allows you to directly pass web, app, and offline events to Snap via a Server-to-Server (S2S) integration. This helps our system to optimize your ad campaigns, improve your targeting and measure the conversions that resulted from your Snapchat campaigns.

To use Conversion API in app, follow 2 below methods:
Connect your Snapchat Business Account
Turn on the toggle to enable Conversion API when creating new pixel. Click Connect Snapchat Account

Pass authorization request then you will be directed back to the app with logged-in account
Click Save. Your pixel is created with Conversion API turned on.
Use Conversion API token
Go to Snap Business Manager, and login to your account. Select Business Dashboard

Go to the tab Business Details

Scroll down to Conversions API Tokens, click Generate Token and Copy

Paste access token into Omega, then Save.

Conversion API is successfully enabled for your pixel
