Product Filtering

Manage and locate your products efficiently by combining the search bar with advanced, customizable filtering rules.

🔍 How to Filter Products

1. Click the Search/Filter icon (🔍☰) at the top right corner of the product table to expand the search bar.

2. Type in the Search in product title bar to search by text, OR click the Add filter + button to apply advanced filtering rules.

3. Select one or multiple rules from the dropdown list to narrow down your product catalog.

To help you find products faster, the filtering criteria are categorized below:

🔄 Sync & Channel Status

• Sync status
• Channel
• Approval status
• Feed name

⚠️ Platform-Specific Errors

• Error from GMC: Filter products containing synchronization errors returned by Google Merchant Center.
• Error from Facebook: Filter products with validation issues returned by Meta/Facebook Catalog.
