Products

This menu displays all products that have been synced in the app and to GMC, along with their sync status.

The status of products in the table is as follows:

All: All products in our system



In queue: Number of products processing for GMC submission or have updates in Shopify.



Invalid: The products/variants are invalid with Google's requirements and not be synced to GMC. Please edit them and wait for the next scheduled sync to GMC time.



The product will be marked as Invalid if any of its variants are invalid. When hovering over the label, the app will show how many variants are synced successfully and how many are invalid.

Synced: Products are submitted to Google Merchant Center. They may be approved or disapproved in the Merchant Center. Please check the diagnostics tab of the Merchant Center for current status.



Approved: Products are approved on Google Merchant Center and eligible for display.



Disapproved: Products are disapproved on Google Merchant Center. The table also displays the detailed reasons for the disapproval in the " Error from Merchant Center*" column.




Error messages from Google Merchant Center

Pending: Product could not be submitted to Google Merchant Center because exceeding product limit based on your curent plan. You will be able to sync these products once you upgrade your plan (for more details about the pricing plan, _click here**_*).



Excluded: Products are excluded all destinations.



Filter the product

By clicking the search button, you can search and filter the products using various filtering rules:

Edit product

Clicking on each product will open the product details, where you can update the product information. Any changes you make to the product in the app will also be reflected in Shopify’s products table.

Each product contains one or more variants. If any of these variants are invalid, a red exclamation mark will appear on each. Clicking on this icon will display a popup with details of the missing fields or values. You need to fix these issues so that the variants can be synced to Google Merchant Center.



Fetch Shopify changes

All product changes from Shopify will be reflected in the app automatically. However, in case of any discrepancies or issues, clicking this button will trigger a sync to ensure the app has the most up-to-date information.
