Basic number


  • Total quote value: The cumulative value of all quotes issued (received from storefront and created manually in the admin)
  • Total quote: Total quotes that have been submitted from storefront and manually created
  • Total quotes converted: Total quotes that have been converted to draft orders
  • Conversion rate: Percentage of quotes that result in a draft order - Conversion rate = Total quotes converted / Total quotes



Chart


  • Total quote value over time: The cumulative value of all quotes issued (received from storefront and created manually in the admin) following the selected date range



  • Total quote over time: Total quotes that have been submitted and created following the selected date range

  • Top products converted: The 10 most frequently quoted products that resulted in draft orders. Counting based on times.



  • Top customers by total quotes: Top 10 customers by total quotes submitted and created


  • Conversion rate over time:
  1. The conversion rate value showed on the top is following conversion rate on the top: Percentage of quotes that result in a draft order - Conversion rate = Total quotes converted / Total quotes




  1. The conversion rate value showed in the chart is following the formula: Conversion rate = Total quotes converted / Total CUMULATIVE quotes
