Quote form

Quote form is the form that your customer can leave their request information on your store.


A. Display




1. Display quote form view

This is how you want your Quote form look like.

Show on a seperate page




2. Single product quote

If you want your customer can only add one product each request, turn this on & add a text when your customer try to add more than one.




If your customer already add one product in the quote, when they hover the quote button, guide text will show like the below image. If they click on Quote button, new product will added to quote and replaced previously added product.




B. Quote Form



This is where you can edit your Quote form. There are 4 parts of the form you can edit.




Form header

Two fields in form head both required which are: Title and link Continue shopping.




Request list

This field shows the product details that your customer request.

You can choose to show and hide items on your form.



Note: "Show item's price" and "Show item's total price" is disabled if you choose to hide price of any products.


Information form

This field help you to collect any information your want from your customer.

You have 3 default fields: Name, Email and Message. You can add more questions by clicking at "Add fields".

In each field, by clicking at you can edit type of content (text, email, number, text area), label, position and make it required or not.




Note: In Default Value, each value is auto synced with customer's login information.

If you pick Default Value = customer name, if customer logged in your website and fill in the form, form auto fill in customer's name with the information log in.




Form bottom

You can edit the submit button label and where it places.
