Sending a proposal email enables you to communicate quotes to customers efficiently, with options to customize the email content and attachments.

Steps to Send a Proposal Email



Click on "Send Proposal Email"


This will open a popup where you can review and edit the email details before sending.



Email Fields and Options



A. Sender Information

From:

Displays the sender's email address.

This field cannot be modified.

B. Recipient Information

To: Modify the recipient’s email address as needed.

CC/BCC: Add email addresses for additional recipients (CC) or hidden recipients (BCC).


C. Email Content




Subject: Edit the email subject to provide a clear and relevant title.

Email Language: Choose a language for the email.

The system can automatically detect the language based on the customer's country or allow manual selection.


D. Attachments



Auto Attach Quotation PDF:

Automatically generate and attach the quote as a PDF to the email.

Attach Additional Files:

Include extra files with the email, such as supporting documents or product information.
