1. General Settings

• Active Age Verification:
• • This setting controls whether the age verification pop-up is enabled or disabled.
  • If the toggle is On, the pop-up will be active and displayed to visitors.
  • Click Turn off to disable age verification.

2. Advanced Settings

– Admin language:

• Choose the language for the admin panel. (English, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italy and Hindi)
• Once a language is selected, the interface will be translated immediately.

– Remember visitor :

• Session Only:
• • When a user first visits your store, the age verification popup will appear.
  • Once the user clicks Confirm, the popup will disappear.
  • From that moment on, the popup will not show again anywhere on the store during that session.
  • However, if the user closes the browser or the tab, the session ends.
  • When they visit the store again (in a new session), the popup will appear again.

• Days:
• • Selecting this option will display a field to enter the number of days.
  • Enter the number of days you want to remember the verification (e.g., 10 days).

• Allow Users to Choose:
• • Enabling this option will display a checkbox on the verification pop-up with the text: ✅ Remember my information for next time.
  • When the checkbox outside the popup is ticked, it will be remembered for 1 year.

• Loading page effect:

Covers your storefront page with a solid-color screen until your age pop-up is ready, so visitors can't see your page content before they verify their age.

• • Turn the Loading page effect toggle On and click Save. It is Off by default.
  • It applies to all your pop-ups. The screen only shows on pages covered by an active pop-up, and only for visitors who haven't verified yet (or whose verification has expired).
  • The screen color follows your pop-up Background when it is a color. For any other background type, the screen is white.
  • If the pop-up doesn't appear within 5 seconds, the screen removes itself and the page loads normally.
  • The loading screen does not show in the Shopify Theme Editor or theme preview. Check it on your live storefront.
