🔁 Start Retargeting
Your visitor came to your store, added something to cart, then left without checking out. Don't let them slip away — that's exactly what retargeting was built for.
There are two ways to feed your products to Meta, depending on the permissions you have on your Facebook Catalog.
Option 1 — You have full control over your Facebook Catalog
If you can create or admin a catalog in Meta Business Manager, the cleanest path is to let Omega create and sync the catalog directly. Updates flow into Meta automatically — no manual exports or feed URLs needed.
Option 2 — You don't have catalog permission (or you want to share a feed)
Some merchants work with agencies that own the catalog, or you may want to plug your products into Meta Commerce Manager / Google Merchant Center yourself. In both cases, generate a feed URL from Omega and hand it to whoever needs it.
FAQs
What's a catalog? Simply put, it's a container that holds all the items your shop sells that you've submitted to Facebook (or any other ad platform).
How do I connect my Shopify products to a Facebook catalog? Through a data feed. A feed contains all the items taken from your Shopify store along with their data (titles, price, image, link, etc.). Since your product source changes over time, this feed needs to stay up-to-date. Omega takes care of all this automatically.
