DATA EXPORT GUIDE
The Export feature allows you to download your entire list of Conversion Events in CSV format. This data includes details about the customer journey (Order Journey), order values, traffic sources, and other vital information for your in-depth analysis.
1. How to Export Data
- Step 1: Go to the Dashboard and locate the Conversion Events Table.

- Step 2: Click the Export button (export arrow icon) in the top right corner of the table.
- Step 3: The system will begin processing the data. You can monitor the progress next to the Export button (e.g., Exporting 50%).
- Step 4: Once finished, the conversion_events.csv file will be automatically downloaded to your computer.
2. CSV Column Descriptions
The exported file will contain the following information:
- Order Journey: Detailed customer journey (in JSON string format).
- Order Name: Order ID/Name.
- Conversion Value: The value of the conversion.
- Currency Code: The currency used for the transaction.
- Ads Account Name: The name of the Google Ads account.
- Conversion Name: The name of the conversion action.
- Date: When the event occurred (based on your configured timezone).
- UTM Source/Medium: The source and medium of the traffic.
- Gad Source: The source from Google Ads.
3. Important Limits and Notes
To ensure system performance, we apply the following limits when exporting data:
- Under 5,000 records: The export process will proceed normally.
- Over 5,000 records (When multiple days are selected): A limit notification will appear. Please narrow down your Date Range so the record count is under 5,000 and try exporting again.

- Over 5,000 records (Within a single day): If there are over 5,000 records within a single day, please contact our customer support team for assistance or email [[email protected]]().
