WhatsApp notifications
Get an instant WhatsApp alert the moment a quote is submitted, accepted, or rejected — so your sales team reacts in seconds without watching the admin.
QuoteSnap sends the alert from a shared QuoteSnap business number to the team phone number(s) you configure. It's an internal alert for merchants/sales — not a message to your customer.1. Before you start
- Plan: WhatsApp notifications are available on the Pro Plus plan.
- Recipients: your own team's WhatsApp numbers (one or more).
- No extra WhatsApp Business account or setup is needed on your side — QuoteSnap handles the sending.
2. Turn on the channel
- Open the WhatsApp settings
Go to Configuration → Notification → WhatsApp.
- Enable notifications
Tick “Send a WhatsApp notification for any new quote submission.” This switches the channel on and unlocks the options below.
3. Choose when to be notified
Under Send a notification when, tick the events you care about. You can enable any combination:
- A quote is submitted — a customer sends a new quote request.
- A quote is accepted — a customer accepts your offer.
- A quote is rejected — a customer declines your offer.
4. Add recipient phone numbers
84901234567 ✅ · +84 90 123 4567 ❌ · 0901234567 ❌ (missing country code). Use the full international number without symbols.
5. Track every alert in the Message log
Scroll down on the WhatsApp page to the Message log. Every message QuoteSnap sends is recorded here, newest first:
Time | Recipient | Event | Status | Quote |
|---|---|---|---|---|
9/15/2026, 2:10 PM | 84962721374 | A quote is accepted | delivered | #1092309 |
9/15/2026, 2:09 PM | 84962721374 | A quote is rejected | sent | #1092309 |
9/15/2026, 2:04 PM | 84962721374 | A quote is submitted | failed | #1092309 |
The same entries also appear inside each quote's timeline, so you can see the WhatsApp history right where the quote lives.
What each status means:
- sent — accepted by WhatsApp and on its way.
- delivered — reached the recipient's phone.
- read — the recipient opened it.
- failed — not delivered. The Detail column shows the reason.

6. Message not received?
Work through these in order:
- Check the status in the Message log. A failed row shows the exact reason in the Detail column.
- Verify the number. It must be a real WhatsApp-enabled number in international format (country code, no “+”).
