Customize your return page
Overview
With Synctrack Returns, merchants can customize the return portal to fit the brand styles, which will help enhance the post-purchasing journey for shoppers in one place. In this article, we will know how to each step to customize a return page successfully:
- Step 1: Navigate to Return Page > Click the “Customize” button.
- Step 2: Select the order lookup method

Step 1: Navigate to Return Page > Click the “Customize” button.


Step 2: Select the order lookup method

Step 3: Set up return portal default language
- Access to Language settings -> Click "Change default"
- Select the langugage you want to change -> Click "Update"

Step 4: Add the theme and styles
- One click to sync your brand color & logo
- Click Sync with brand color

- The result will automatically update your store theme, text color and even logo based on your setting in Shopify admin.

- Other ways: mannually customize your background, logo, favicon, marketing assets, font & style or even CSS
Theme & Styles
- On the left bar > Choose Theme & Styles
- Click on Background or Logo to upload your image (Image size should be under 2 MB)
- The format should be JPG, PNG, or GIF.
- Our recommended dimension for the Background image is 1400 x 900 px and for the Logo image is 600 x 96 px.
- If you are satisfied with the image, click “Save”. The image will be seen on the right of the screen in the Preview tab.
On your return page, you can promote up to 3 marketing assets. Here’s what you need to keep in mind while adding marketing assets:
- Image size should be under 2 MB, and the format can be JPG, PNG, or GIF. The recommended dimension is 600 x 600px.
- If you are satisfied with the image, click “Save”. The image will be seen on the right of the screen in the Preview tab. Please note that it will also be live on your return page.
- You can also add a destination URL for each marketing asset to redirect your store visitors to the correct product page.

Change styles
- Change font and style that you want.
- Click “Save” on the top right of the screen to save your changes.
- Check the live preview to view how your return page will turn out.

Step 5: Add the link to the portal
- Add the footer
The footer comprises 2 sections:
- Contact: If you have social pages on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram,etc you can connect them by adding their respective URLs
- Page links: If you have Contact Us, Terms page, and Privacy that you want your store visitors to go through, add their respective URLs in the given fields

- Add the policy
You can link to your store’s full policy by adding the custom URL.

Step 6: Add the multiple language for the portal
- Firstly, you need to add more languages outside of the return page customization
- Click the list of language and click "Manage portal languages"
