🛡️Add a new Hide Express Checkout rule
Overview
The Hide Express Checkout rule feature allows you to control the visibility of Shopify's express checkout options, such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc, based on specific criteria, ensuring a customized and efficient checkout experience for your customers.
Currently, the app supports hidden express checkout using the following criteria:
- Cart Conditions
- Customer Information
- Date and Time
- Customer Address
- Product Information
Instruction to set up rule
Step 1: Create a new rule
- From your Shopify admin dashboard, navigate to Blockify checkout.
- On the Rule list, click on Create rule button then select Customize payment rule.
Step 2: Select the rule condition
Choose an option as a validation condition of the rule.
With Customize Payment rule, we available these conditions:
- Cart: Cart subtotal, Cart total, Cart quantity, Cart has discount, Cart weight, Cart has subscription item
- Customer: Email address, Phone number, Customer name, Customer tag, Customer currency, Total spent, Customer is logged in, Collection
- Product Information: Product, Product quantity, Product tag, Product is gift card, Product quantity of collection, Product SKU, Product vendor
- Address: Shipping address line 1, Shipping address line 2, Delivery phone number, Delivery company, PO Box Address, Missing House, Zip code, Country, Market, Province code
- Date of the time: Day of the week, Time of the day, Day of the week and time of the day.
- Market: Shopify Market
Step 3: Choose the type and select the payment methods
- Choose "Hide payment methods" as the type.
- Then, select the express checkout methods and specify the ones you want to hide from your checkout.
