Add surcharge per timeslot

The Add surcharge per timeslot feature allows you to set an additional fee for specific pickup or delivery timeslots. This is useful when certain hours are more valuable, busier, or require special handling - helping you manage peak-demand times and operational costs more effectively.

When enabled, customers will see an extra charge applied only to the timeslots you configure.

Using the feature in different modes

1. Use same time slots for all days

If you enable Use same time slots for all days, your surcharge setup will apply to every day of the week.

Example:

Timeslot: 9:00 AM -> 4:00 PM

Surcharge: 20,000 VND

-> All days using this timeslot will show the same surcharge.

2. Set different time slots for each day

If you uncheck Use same time slots for all days, you can configure surcharges individually for each weekday.

Example:

• Monday: 9 AM – 12 PM (10,000 VND), 1 PM – 4 PM (0 VND)
• Friday: 9 AM – 4 PM (20,000 VND)
