Allow return requests for unfulfilled orders

Overview


In Synctrack Returns, merchant can set up an advanced return policy to optimize the return workflow. The “Allow return requests for unfulfilled orders” feature allows the system to let customers to submit return requests for orders that are not yet fulfilled, as long as they are within the configured return period.


How to enable Reserve stock on request for exchange?

Go to Settings > Policies

  • Tick checkbox "Allow return requests for unfulfilled orders"
  • Click "Save"
