Auto-approve & genrate label for return requests

Synctrack Returns allows you to auto-approve return requests and generate the fastest/cheapest prepaid label to speed up the processing of the return requests. Streamline your approval process, customize rules, increase efficiency, and enjoy improved turnaround time.

Enable the Auto Approve Request feature

  1. To go to the Automation section in the Synctrack Returns admin settings


  1. Click the “Create new rule” button to create a new Automation rule
  2. Choose the conditions to align with your specific business needs and policies.


  1. For prepaid label shipments, ensure your warehouse address and logistics are set; these will be used to automatically generate the label. Please select "Return method" -> Choose "Ship with prepaid label -> Fill in the information of warehouse, logistics and carrier service option to activate automating generating

Click “Create rule” to create a new rule.

  • After the order is created, allow about a minute for the system to process label creation.
  • You can view the updated details in the timeline, along with the service details in the shipment.

It’s recommended to provide clearer and more concise instructions to your customers to ensure they understand the process. By doing this, you can help to prevent any confusion or misunderstandings and ensure that your customers have a positive experience with your store
