Auto Resync: Recover orders from the conversion activation window
Why some early orders are missing
- When you first set up tracking, Omega Google Ads creates your conversion actions in Google Ads. Google then needs about 4 to 6 hours to review and activate each new conversion action before it can start receiving events.
- Any orders placed during that 4 to 6 hour activation window are not sent to Google Ads, because the conversion action was not active yet. Those conversions would otherwise be lost.
→ Auto Resync recovers them**.** You request a resync in the app, and Omega Google Ads re-uploads the orders from that window once your conversions are active.

Before you can resync: 5 required checks
Auto Resync can only run once these 5 items are Verified on the ROI Optimization screen. They confirm Google will accept your uploaded conversions:
- Accept Customer Data Terms: Google requires this before any conversions with customer data can be uploaded.
- Google Ads account authorized: The connected account has Standard access or higher.
- Correct Google Ads account selected: Conversions upload to the right account.
- Conversion action exists and is active.
- Conversion action type is "Import from clicks": The only type that accepts server-side uploads.

How to use Auto Resync
- On the ROI Optimization screen, find the Resync Orders banner.
- Once your 5 required checks are Verified, click Auto Resync.
- Omega Google Ads starts the resync automatically, and the button is disabled so you do not trigger it twice.
- Auto Resync applies to your whole store.
