Carrier integrations
Carrier integrations
Connect Estimated to Shippo, Shiprocket, or ShipStation, then use the carrier in your delivery rules to auto-calculate delivery days from live carrier rates instead of typing them manually. Credentials are stored encrypted, and disconnecting a carrier never deletes your delivery rules.
Connect a carrier
Step 1: Open Carrier integrations
Go to General settings > Integrations.

Step 2: Choose a carrier
Click a provider card in the empty state, or click Connect a carrier, pick one from the Carrier selection.

Step 3: Enter credentials and pickup details
Fill in the form, then click Connect.
Shippo
- API token — from your Shippo dashboard
- Pickup postcode + Pickup country code (2 letters, e.g.
US) - Default weight (g) — default
500 - Length / Width / Height (cm) — defaults
10 / 10 / 10

Shiprocket
- Email + Password — your Shiprocket login
- Pickup postcode
- Default weight (kg) — default
0.5 - Cash on delivery (COD) — Yes for COD, No for prepaid

ShipStation
- API key — from your ShipStation account
- Pickup postcode + Pickup country code (required)
- Pickup city / Pickup state — optional, recommended for US warehouses
- Default weight (g) — default
500 - Add dimensions (optional) — expand to set parcel Length / Width / Height (cm)

Step 4: Edit or disconnect
Connected carriers appear under Your carriers. Click Edit settings to update pickup or weight (the API token / password is not shown again — disconnect and reconnect to rotate it). Click Disconnect to remove the carrier; rules stay intact.

Use a carrier in a delivery rule
Step 1: Open the rule and switch to Auto setting
Open the rule, go to the Dates tab, and switch to Auto setting under Estimated date setup.

Step 2: Pick the carrier and courier
- Carrier — any connected carrier

- Select courier — one or more courier services (UPS, FedEx, etc.)

- Minimum / Maximum preparation days — how long you need to pack the order
Minimum and Maximum delivery days are auto-filled from the carrier's live rate and are not editable.
