Configure Return Address/ Warehouse

Overview


The Synctrack return address allows you to manage multiple return warehouses so that returns are routed to the correct location based on logistics setup.


How to set up the Return address?

Step 1: Go to Settings > Warehouses



Step 2: Add the details of Warehouse information


This is including:

  • Store name: to display name on email and other places.
  • Email address: this mail will be used to contact customers.


Step 3: Sync the address from Shopify admin


  1. Click "Sync from Shopify" to sync all address from your Store location admin




  1. Create new address to return (optional)


How it works?

  1. Merchant will be allowed to select prefered Return address before approving request to send prefered address one to customer.





  1. The selected return address will be shown on email notification to inform them address to return items back




The return address will be handled by merchant for the prepaid label, any carrier shipping method. In contrast, for return to store location, customer will choose by their own.
