Do not accept discounted items
Overview
In Synctrack Returns, merchant can set up an advanced return policy to optimize the return workflow. The “Do not accept discounted items” feature allows the system to whether returned items were purchased with discounts or promotions. If so, return and exchange options are disabled for those items.
How to enable Reserve stock on request for exchange?
Go to Settings > Policies
- Tick checkbox "Do not accept discounted items"
- Click "Save"
