FAQs: Why is the tag not added to order?

If a tag is not added to an order, it's very likely because the order's information doesn't match with the condition you set. Please follow the steps below to test the workflow:

Copy the order's ID which you believe should be tagged
Open the workflow that you think should be applied to the order
Input the order's ID to the test field and click Check condition
If it does not match, it will show which condition(s) did not match with your order, so you can create a more suitable condition
