How to Customize Return page URL by Shopify app proxy?

We’ve made an important update to improve the buyer experience and streamline integration with your Shopify store.

The Returns Portal has been moved into your Shopify App Proxy.

This means the Returns Portal now runs directly within your store’s domain instead of an external website.

Step 1: Go to the Return App proxy section

Find the **Return App **proxy section.

Note: The Synctrack currently have two URL options for you to allow your customer to access to submit and preview return requests, so you need to set Primary for one of them BECAUSE notification and return tracking status will be only sent to the Primary return page.

Step 2: Customize URL

Click the Customize URL button inside the 3 dot points, and follow the 3 steps to update the URL on both side Shopify and Synctrack to make consistency!

Remember to save and copy your edited URL suffix!

Step 3: Go back to the Return app and update the URL Suffix input box for the Return app.

Update the link in the input box below to match the new URL you edited in the return app proxy section, and save. Keep consistency!

🛠️ Bonus Support: If you experience any visual or layout issues after this update, our support team provides free assistance for basic interface fixes to ensure your Returns Portal matches your store’s look and feel.
