Overview

The Open API Credential feature allows Enterprise merchants to generate their own Synctrack API key and access the Open API documentation to integrate Synctrack Returns with external systems.

This helps developers easily connect Synctrack with 3rd-party services, automation tools, or internal business systems, such as WMS.

Follow these steps to generate your Synctrack API key.

Step 1: Open Integration Settings

1. Go to Settings
2. Select Integration
3. Find the Open API Credential section

Step 2: Generate API Key

1. Click Change key or Generate API key
2. The system will generate your Synctrack API key
3. Copy the key and store it securely

Access the Open API Documentation

Once you have generated your API key, you can access the API documentation here:

https://admin.returnsdrive.com/services/open-api/docs

The documentation contains all available API endpoints, request formats, and testing tools.

Test API Requests

You can test API requests directly inside the documentation.

Step-by-step

1. Open the API documentation
2. Choose the API endpoint you want to test
3. Click Test request
4. Enter your API key into the Value (token) field
5. Send the request and The system will return a response so you can verify the integration.
